: Parkside Court is situated off Denmark Street close to shops in the centre of Diss and consists of 40 flats with communal facilities built by Dencora Construction in 1986.
Diss is an attractive small market town about 22 miles north of Ipswich situated on the River Waveney. Its thought its name might come from place of 'ditch or dyke' and the town was built around the edge of a six acre lake. There are many attractive buildings including Georgian, Tudor and Victorian houses. Thelveton Hall dates from the 16th century and lies about four miles northeast of the town.
